eRecord Ltd. designs and operates telephone call recording facilities.
The facilities, unlike the more usual equipment based types, are provided to any caller with any telephone to any telephone. Users make use of the service, not buy equipment, and use it as little or as much as required without incurring additional costs.
The simplest product is tel-e-log, which is a self registering, "instantly" available recording tool paid for by premium rate charges. Tel-e-log is designed for that "I must record this important call immediately", and possibly small usage ongoing, requirement. Details of the Call Plans are here.
Mystery Log, is the "Mystery Shopper" call recording tool. Mystery Log was defined and designed in conjunction with a number of our "Mystery Shopping" clients and is continually upgraded with features as they are suggested by our growing band of users.
