Unlike many telephone recording products, Tel-e-Log requires no equipment at your premises, you can access Tel-e-Log from any telephone. When Tel-e-Log answers, you are asked to enter your UserID and PassCode.
Tel-e-Log does a security check, then gives you a dial tone - simply enter the number you want, and when answered the call will be recorded. The resulting "MP3" is stored securely in your account on Tel-e-Log 's web site.
You can retrieve, add notes, and generally manage your recordings by logging onto the Tel-e-Log website.

You simply:
- Dial the access number we supply you .
- Enter the User ID and Pass Code we supply you.
- Dial the person you wish to record the conversation with.
- When they answer, the call is being recorded into your account on Tel-e-Log !
When your call is finished you can continue by pressing the "hash" key (#). You can append comments to the recording and even have an email notification and recording sent to yourself or another person (such as a colleague or assistant).

Here is the User Control Panel for "Tel-e-Log", the general purpose call recording service. It enables registered users to administer their details and recordings. The User Guide describes how to make and administer Call Recordings including details special to the user.

You simply log onto www.Tel-e-Log .com , enter your User Name and Password and you can search, playback, add comments, save & delete your recordings. Your account also allows you to set up various preferences such as email adresses for notifications when recordings are made. |
