Pay As You Record

Our 'Pay As You Record' is completely FREE to register, needs no minimum monthly payment and requires no credit card or direct debit details. Simply register for an account and you can be using the Tel-e-Log service immediately.

You pay for the service only when you make a recorded call by dialling our Pay As You Record number which is charged at 100 p per minute and is included in the cost of the call charged to you by your Telecommunication Services Operator.

Listening, downloading and arranging your recordings is completely free of charge via any computer connected to the Internet.

Pay As You Record is ideal for customers who want to record the occasional important call, it's also a great introduction to those who want to try the service before considering whether to sign up for our Minutes Included plans (see below).

Once registered as a Pay As You Record customer, you can convert to a Minutes Included account at any time if you find your usage is greater than you anticipated. Register me for a Pay As You Record account now.

There is no minimum call charge. Calls are charged per second and start from the time Tel-e-Log answers the call to the time you hang up.

The call charge includes;
The time it takes to enter your User ID, Pass Code, and the telephone number you wish to call. The time for the recipient to answer the call. The duration of the call and any further menu options.

Minutes Included Call Plan 100

Our Minutes Included 100 plan is for customers who anticipate using Tel-e-Log regularly. It requires registration and a credit card to authorise a minimum monthly Pre-payment of £25 . The Minutes Included 100 plan allows up to 100 minutes of recording per month at (25 p per minute). Additional minutes are charged at 50 p per minute in arrears.

Calls into the Tel-e-Log service are charged at standard National Rates and access to your account to listen, download and manage your recordings is completely free of charge from any computer connected to the Internet.

The Minutes Included 100 plan has a minimum contract period of 3 months.
