Mystery-Log has been developed in conjunction with a number of Mystery Shopping companies and also lends itself to Market Research and other operations where telephone calls need to be recorded for later analysis, transcription or presentation. The calls may be made from anywhere; from The office, from Home, from Abroad, even from Mobiles.
With Mystery-Log You don't need any special equipment, just the telephone and some means of obtaining the recordings.
Recordings made by Mystery-Log may be obtained by any or all of the following ways:
- From the users' secure on-line web pages by selecting "Play" and downloading the industry standard "MP3" file.
- By Email automatically - by setting the "Auto-Email" option for the caller.
- By manual selection of the Email Option after the call recording is terminated.
- Email from the on-line web pages and selecting "Email". The MP3 file may be emailed to any recipient together with a message.
- By FTP or Secure FTP to an FTP server defined by the user.
